When will payment be made?
Regarding returns and exchanges
When shopping from online stores such as Taobao or 1688 and directly shipping to our warehouse, if you want to return or exchange goods, you can refer to the following process
Select the goods to be returned or exchanged, and submit for packaging.
Specify the domestic logistics in China for the transportation method and fill in the return address.
After shipment, the waybill number will be uploaded and used to complete the platform return procedure.
In case of exchange, the merchant will resend the package to our warehouse, and it will be processed as new goods and enter the normal process.

If you purchase through an online store and send it directly to our warehouse, you can check whether the seller has made any mistakes or missed shipments based on the product data entered in the system.
