Introduction of New Dropshipping Service

Thank you for your continued support and trust in CATtrans services.

We are pleased to introduce our newly added Dropshipping service, designed to streamline your order fulfillment process.

About the Dropshipping Service

With this service:

Products are purchased and stored directly in the CATtrans warehouse.
When an order is placed, we ship directly from our warehouse to your customers.
Same-day shipping is available, significantly improving response time compared to the traditional process: “Purchase from store → Ship to CATtrans warehouse → Forward to customer.”

Difference from the Sorting Service

By default, all items are registered in the system as a single order (one line on the product list page), regardless of their contents. However, with the Sorting Service, you can split shipments as needed.

Example:
Items: a) Top / b) Pants
If a and b need to be shipped to different customers:

The Sorting Service allows splitting them into two separate orders.
You can then request individual packaging for each.

Service Recommendations

For small quantities or occasional needs, the Sorting Service is recommended.
However, if the number of items exceeds 1,000:
Manual sorting becomes highly labor-intensive.
The product list will exceed 1,000 lines, making the interface difficult to navigate.

In such cases, we strongly recommend the Dropshipping Service:

Only one line is displayed in the product list.
The quantity field shows 1,000 pieces (or more).
When requesting packaging, simply enter the actual shipping quantity in the packaging interface.
